Ingredients:
1Lbs MEATS2U Chicken Meatloaf
MEATS2U Kickin Cajun Seasoning
French Roll
Ketchup
Cooking Instructions:
1: Cut your Meatloaf into 1/2 inch slices.
2: Sprinkle a light amount of Kickin Cajun Seasoning on both sides
3: Lightly brush ketchup on both sides of the meatloaf.
4: Grill on high heat for 2-3 per side, just to create a nice sear. Add cheese when 1-2 minutes from being done.
5: Place your Meat loaf slices on a toasted french roll, add some ketchup and enjoy!
