Embattled IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba has suffered a setback, after the employment and labour relations court declined to overturn his suspension. Judge Steve Radido in his verdict, ruled that Chiloba would not suffer any prejudice or loss, if he proceeded on the 3-month compulsory leave as directed by commission chairman Wafula Chebukati.
