Malda (WB), Aug 26 (ANI): At least 200 houses have been swept away and around ten villages are submerged in water as soil erosion and rains continue to wreck havoc in West Bengal’s Malda District. Villages along Farakka Barrage across Ganga river are worst affected, creating trouble for over 22,000 residents. Various parts of the country have been facing incessant rains from past month.
