The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) has a highly-skilled fire fighting force that is well-trained to tackle the task of implementing a major hazard reduction burning program across the state's national parks. NPWS also possesses an extensive fleet of fire fighting vehicles and aircrafts which use the most advanced equipment available to ensure the safety of national parks and their neighbours. The following video highlights the level of skill and capacity within NPWS to manage fire.
