The European Championships, under the auspices of the ICF and ECA, will be held for the first time in Auronzo di Cadore from 2nd to 5th July 2015.

This edition includes competitions for both Nations teams, and Club teams.

The Organising Committee has considered this the best formula to propose to the European Dragon Boat world an event which is open to the participation of as many people as possible.

In the Club races, in addition to the competitive teams, Social teams races will also be held (by Social we mean those teams who approach dragon boating as a recreational activity rather than with a competitive activity), University teams (students and staff), and Breast Cancer Survivors (BCS).

This event has been inserted into a unique environment – the Dolomite Mountains.

Auronzo is located just over 100 kilometres away from cities such as Treviso, Padua and Venice, which can be sightseeing destinations and easily visited before, during and after the championships.
