Indian security agencies have apprehended Rizwan Abdul Haji Ali, an ISIS-linked terrorist, in Delhi. The arrest was made by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police. Ali is believed to be involved in the Pune ISIS module case and had a bounty of ₹3 lakh placed on him by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
