Laura Hamilton introduces the municipality of Manilva to the viewers of A Place in the Sun.
As well the inland pueblo of Manilva, the area includes the popular fishing village of San Luis de Sabinillas, the leisure marina, Puerto de La Duquesa, and La Duquesa Golf.
It neighbours Casares Costa to the north-east and the exclusive Sotogrande marina to the south-west.
Property here is still cheaper than more well known areas like Marbella and Estepona but the area is becoming more well-know and prices are rising on this up-and-coming part of the Costa del Sol.
