Real user’s experience to show what this new motor is capable off.
I drove the 1.6 DIG-T 163HP motor before and I was kept back by the idea of having a smaller new motor block. Was this new motor really capable of providing the same driving pleasure?
Here some specifications:
1.2 116 190Nm
1.3 140 240Nm
1.3 160 260Nm
1.6 163 240Nm
As you can see, the new 1.3 DIG-T 140 motor has the same amount of Nm as the old motor. The 160HP version is the same motor block but with only a different programmation... No wonder it still feels powerful enough...
