With exponential growth in population, the need to raise people out of poverty and the requirement to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions from all sectors of the global economy, demonstrating advanced nuclear technologies is more important than ever. Non-emitting nuclear technology can scale quickly enough to avoid the worst of the climate crisis, and can provide energy as reliably as the fossil-fuels we currently rely on for the vast majority of our energy needs. It's time for America to demonstrate new designs using modern technologies which are safer, more efficient and more powerful than ever.
