DANUBEPARKS together with the Alpine Network of Protected Areas (Alparc) and the Carpathian Network of Protected Areas (CNPA), a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in 2016 to foster the joint approach on ecological connectivity. The Alpine Carpathian River Corridor project proposal has been submitted in the cross-border Interreg programme, and an new video clip demonstrates how ecological connectivity works.
