Ingredients
1.5 cups of cooked black beans
6 medjool dates
2 tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp peanut butter powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp white miso or a pinch of salt
1. Chuck everything into a food processor and blitz until a nice doughy ball has formed. If your dates are super firm like mine, then microwave for 10-15 seconds until super soft & squidgy
2. Roll into little truffles and optionally cover them in some extra cacao powder for that truffle feel 😆
