Decided to make my first top 10 video in a while! This one covers the most naturally strategic provinces in Rome: Total War.

This list does not take into account factors such as starting population, trade resources, etc., but rather it examines which provinces are in the most strategic/valuable positions on the campaign map to either defend or expand your empire!
