This is the best whole wheat flour pizza ever. I used multigrain atta for this pizza recipe. This homemade veg pizza beats all the pizzas. This pizza recipe made with available ingredients in your kitchen. This wheat flour pizza is healthy because it doesn't contain maida, yeast and cheese. Even though we used multigrain atta the base puffed really well. It is simple and delicious. We have also shown how to prepare instant pizza sauce and white sauce instead of cheese. This homemade pizza is a really easy method and it tastes delicious.
~: Ingredients required for homemade wheat pizza :~
Wheat flour - 1 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
Ghee/Butter/Oil - 1 to 2 tsps
curd - add gradually as required
For white sauce:
Ghee / Butter / Oil - 1 to 2 tbsps
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 tbsp
Room temperature milk - 1/2 cup (125ml)
Water - 1/4 cup (60ml)
Salt - 1/4 tsp (adjust as per taste)
For Pizza sauce:
Tomato sauce - 6 tbsps
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Finely chopped garlic cloves - 3
Oregano - 1/4 tsp (optional)
NOTE : Preheat the Khadai or pressure cooker 10mins on medium
flame. Then place the pizza plate in preheated cooker and
bake for 20 mins completely on low flame.

If you are baking in oven preheat 180C for 10mins then
place the pizza plate and bake 15mins
