- Raw Papaya
- Drumsticks
- Sweet Potato
- Potato
- Take 100 gm Each
- Boil Them For 10 Minutes
- Stain It & Keep Aside Veg Stock
- Heat Good Amout Of Mustard Oil
- Fry Kalai Dal Bori - 100 gm
- Seperately, Fry 100 gm Bitter Gourd
- Brinjal 100 gm
- Raw Banana 100 gm
- Temper Panch Phoron 1 Tsp & Bay Leaf
- Make A Smooth Paste of Mustard, Poppy Seeds With Ginger & Chilli
- Salt & Sugar As Per Taste
- Cook Until Oil Separates
- Add Boiled Vegetables
- Cook Them For 5 Minutes
- Add 1 Cup Milk & Veg Stock
- Add Fried Veggies
- Cook On Low Flame, Until Everything Combine Well
- Add Powder Of Dry Roasted - Fennel & Radhuni (Wild Celery)
- Ghee (Optional)
- Serve Hot With Rice & Enjoy
