Tl;dr No, I don't think so.
In this game, nobody was really targeting me, so I could do some decent dps. But Rage/Carnage could have probably done 20k dps here.
In the few games I played against more coordinated teams, I struggled to do anything with Anni, especially vs Madness, Virulence, Pyro (aka actually good classes) which is why imo it's C-Tier at best.
