I skipped a few things to get here. I don't show the linkages that connect the bellows to the arm, or the arm for that matter. Running charcoal instead of coal. I'm getting used to how much air I need. At the very end of the video I pull a 1/2" round rod out that was in for about a minute to get from cold to near white hot. Once I figure out how much air I need I think the sparks will cut down, that or I'll get some coal.
