Cute delicate rainbow / unicorn meringues flavoured with a hint of rose water! Perfect to eat as they are or use as decorations on cakes!

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
200g white sugar
rose water
food colouring
Directions:
Preheat oven to 100c and line a baking tray.
Whisk 3 egg whites to hard peaks.
Add the sugar a spoonful at a time, making sure everything is mixed before adding the next one.
Whisk until hard peaks can be made.
Stir in the rose water carefully.
Paint stripes of food colouring on the inside of a piping bag.
Fill the piping bag with the meringue.
Cut the egg off the piping bag and place in a second piping bag fitted with a small holed nozzle.
Pipe out small meringue kisses.
Bake in the middle of the oven for roughly 1 hour.
Meringues should come away from the paper when ready.
