Energy Democracy Project is an initiative by groundWork in collaboration with Vukani Environmental Movement, South Durban Community Environmental Alliance, and Abahlali Basemjondolo. It offers real life solutions to energy poverty, it also educates communities on how they can have access to clean, affordable, and socially owned renewable energy through advocating for a just transition.
