I'm back with another cover from "A Silent Voice". I was a bit on the fence about doing many of these, but you voted for it last month in the community poll and it won; so that made the choice simple! "lvs" was one of the requested tracks on the poll, and it's quite notable in the movie itself. It plays twice during the childhood period of the movie, where we are introduced to Shouko.

The melodies are simple, but much like other tracks from the soundtrack (svg, sunlight, round) there are quite a few of them playing at the same time. That's why I feel they are both challenging and fun to adapt for solo piano. Difficult because of the juggling of melodies, but fun because they songs are short and the melodies are simple by themselves. The lead instrument in the original plays the melody one octave higher if I'm not mistaken, but it was impossible to do that here since I needed the right hand to also start the middle melody, as the left hand is too far down at that point. However I think that fits well in the adaption of this arrangement, and I gently added the higher octave in the second half of the piece. Let me know what you think :) I will put together a small album of these, so I will do more.
