Now that September has hit, and kids are back at school and we are rushing around in the morning making sure they are dressed, fed, and ready for school. Speaking of 'fed'; breakfast time is the most important meal of the day for everyone and what better way to start it than a Pizza Omelette. pack with protein, vitamins (from the veggies), and calcium (mozzarella). you won't be disappointed guys. 350 calories per quarter.
Recipe/Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- butte/oil
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- pepper
- Half a tsp smoked paprika
- Half a red onion
- Pepperoni
