Happy holidays everyone! It's the final week of Deltarune December, and we’re ending it with a bang much like the New Year’s fireworks! This is my first standalone look at Noelle, and as you can tell by the runtime it’s the most comprehensive out of all of these. There’s still a bunch I left out just for time, but hopefully you’ll find something interesting in all of this! It was a lot of fun to put this together, even if it has been a bit of a mad dash at the end of the month!
