Hello everyone, and welcome to my channel. I just received my Health Coaching Certification through the Health Coach Institute: Become and Health Coach (BHC) Program

I created this video as part of their Review Challenge, but feel like I would've done it anyway. I remember watching reviews and feeling really inspired by them to take the leap. To invest in myself; I'm so glad I did!!! This program is for anyone wanting to gain solid information on how to coach, this is a program that facilitates change from the inside out but also gives YOU, the coach, tools to help clients find their healthiest selves in whatever capacity needed.

BHC has changed my life for the better, I'm on a new exciting path helping people become the best version of themselves possible. Biggest takeaway though is that I've grown tremendously through this program. I am more focused, more clear on a path, and feel like I am finally going towards my purpose and passion in life.
