Steven Ramesh Rajavinothan is the Chief Adjudicator of Tallinn EUDC 2017. He is an extremely experienced adjudicator, having CA'd dozens of competitions across Europe and judged over 20 IV or Open finals. As a speaker Steven was a runner-up at WUDC 2015 and a semi-finalist and second top-speaker at EUDC 2014. He also broke top and reached the finals of the Cambridge IV 2014 and the English National Championships 2014.
