President Benigno S. Aquino III met with members of the Cabinet to lay down the priorities of the administration under the Climate Change Commission (CCC) 2012 Country Action Plan.
In the meeting, CCC Vice-Chair Mary Ann Lucille Sering identified cities all over the country that have been perennially exposed and are susceptible to environmental disasters. The group also discussed rehabilitation and mitigating measures to ease the plight of calamity victims.
