In this session, participants will create a plan for collecting and examining available data regarding student attendance and students' and families' feelings of belonging, set a specific school culture goal with an eye towards racial equity, identify a variety of supports to implement to promote attendance and foster belonging, and identify the key barriers to change management and brainstorm proactive solutions to addressing the barriers.
