-sm4 -d3d10 -high -nomansky -lowmemory -full -noaafonts -PREFERREDPROCESSOR 4

NOTE: PREFERREDPROCESSOR DEPENDS ON HOW MANY CORES YOU HAVE - for example for me it's 4 but you can have 8 so check that and change the number to how many you got! To check that go to Task Manager - Efficiency and there you will see how many you use
