Light And Dark Blue Dot #Nailart : In today's nail tutorial video I paint a blue nail design with sparkly blue nail tips using only dotting tool.
First apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
Paint your nails light blue and let them dry.
Paint sparkly dark blue curved nail tips.
For the white dots use medium dotting tool... Finish the design with small blue dots over the white ones.
Apply top coat to protect the manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
