Tunisian security forces say they have broken up an al-Qaeda-linked militant cell operating near the coastal city of Sousse. Tunisia has struggled to contain militants since the 2011 unrest. It was hit by three major attacks last year, including one in which 38 foreign tourists were killed in Sousse.
