Director, Coach & Graduate of the Institute of Retrained Search - Jordan has spent close to ten years in talent acquisition. He spent several years experiencing the typical frustrations of a contingent recruiter – working in uncommitted partnerships on a no win – no fee basis. Jordan transitioned to a fully retained executive search consultant, quadrupling his revenue and winning and delivering on senior, strategic hires globally. He is passionate about helping Recruiters to achieve the same.
