A topping off ceremony was held at the University of Delaware's STAR Campus on Aug. 22, 2017 to place the final steel beam on the STAR Tower. The new 10-story building, with the College of Health Sciences as the anchor tenant, will have tremendous impact on the state of Delaware, the university and community.
