156 days, 10,756 kilometers, 18 countries and more than 500 historical monuments... Professor Ole Bouman from Tongji University’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning completed a "Journey to the East" cycling trip from Amsterdam to Shanghai.
Along the way, Bouman brought this journey into the classroom with a combination of online and offline teaching modes. He and his team broke down his adventures into a series of compact and in-depth lesson units to share this remarkable trip with Tongji students.
