1. Prep the eyes: Romero used Chromagraphic Pencil NC15/NW20 on the waterline. Since this shade has been discontinued, try Technakohl Liner in Risque as an alternative. Curl lashes with a half curler to curl every individual lash. Apply Haute & Naughty Lash to the ends of lashes to create soft, controlled clumps.
2. Use Chromaline in Marine Ultra to create a diagonal stroke from inner corner to outer crease with the 210 Brush, leaving room below the end, above the lash line.
3. Add another short stroke below with Acrylic Paint in Marine Ultra (Pro Product only. As an alternative try Fluidline in Waveline) and the 210 Brush to create a double wing that curves up slightly and extends farther than the upper wing.
4. Dab M•A•C Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer over lips with the 190 Brush to create a smooth, neutral surface.
5. Line and fill lips with Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in Trust in Red. Apply Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Fashion Legacy with the 219 Brush.
