This is from the PS2/Xbox360/Wii/PC game Bully by Rockstar(GTA series). This plays when you anger the Bulworth Academy prefects and they try to chase you down. Its a very fun game and was re-released as Bully Scholarship Edition on the 360, Wii and PC about a year ago. Definitely check it out if you can.
