From Squad Leader to Admiral and General to Supreme Leader Snoke - today we look at all ranks within the First Order!

Today is the first Episode of Star Wars The Last Jedi prep, where I catch you up on current Star wars canon so you can be ready for Episode 8!
The First Order is a military body which was created post dissolution of the Empire. They first appeared in Star Wars Episode 7, where they fought the lonesome resistance and destroyed the New Republic's Hosnian Prime System with Star Killer Base. The First Order is led by its Supreme Leader Snoke, and also the triumvirate of Kylo Ren, General Hux, and Captain Phasma.
The First Order will obviously play a huge role in the Last Jedi. But how do they work? Surprisingly, their ranks are not analogous to the Empire's, and rather than going with the standard rank plaque, ranks are differentiated based on Storm trooper armour, rank bands and uniform colour. I'll explain within the video, based on information from Star Wars The Force Awakens Visual Guide.
