Hi everyone one just wanted to do a brief video. On the Adaptive resistance exercise machine we're able to do a high level row. I'm always a big proponent of using resistance training to stimulate the muscle. We have to also acknowledge that were stimulating the muscle cell versus conducting a movement. For example when I do a static and I do it to failure I'm able to contract a muscle to 100%. course this is an exaggeration without using sophisticated tools. For starters I'm using ARX one of the best resistance training equipment on the market. The second option is to use a nautilus machine pulley. The reason one lights a nautilus is because the flow intention is consistent. We want to take out momentum and we also want to have a good contraction. 3rd would be bands but I don't like him very much because they contract at the end of the movement but not when you are at the beginning of the movement. At full extension is the only time the Bands generally help. These are all tools dumbbells are great too but that relies on your ability to control and have proper technique. You will see in the video that might technique is off and mind you I do this on a consistent basis. Even the best need to have a coach. My technique is also off as well because of the fact that I'm trying to contract close to 100%. The machine allows me to do that. For the average person it's really about feeling the contraction in the right spots upper neck upper back the back of the shoulder. So hopefully this helps and I would Advocate doing this as a pre exhaust or throwing it in on an off-day
