Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday vehemently criticized the Modi government and said that the Prime Minister has divided Manipur into two parts. Gandhi, whose Lok Sabha membership was restored recently, spoke during debate on the no-confidence motion against the BJP-led government.
