A short video on the historic Buddhist temple Borobudur, built in the 9th Century and located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This was a sunrise tour, and although spectacular, it was a little crowded with tourists.
A general tip, I would suggest exploring the western side during the sunrise as most people congregate around the east to watch the sun rise.
There are a number of layers that make up the temple. Be sure to explore them all. Each tell different stories from the past as well as Buddha’s journey through the lands.
