State Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio in a press conference on March 27 following the presentation of Budget for FY 2023-24 discussed the budget of 2023. Rio informed that total budget of 2023 stands at Rs. 24,239.50/- whereas financial year for 2023-24 is 23,085.66/- which marks a reduction of 1,153.84 crores
