I'm still exploring mouthpieces. I recently picked up the Otto Link Super Tone Master - Tip opening 7.* I think it produces a great tone. Actually, I was surprised by the sound. I had tried Otto Links belonging to friends in the past and did not like it. Having heard so many players sounding great on this mouthpiece, I decided to try it again. In the past, the tip openings on mouthpieces not belonging to me may have been the problem. I still need to work on it. I tend to play out of tune in the upper and sometimes lower register. It is longer in length, which seems to affect the tuning. I have to push in quite a bit on the neck to get in range of proper tuning
