One of my favorite cocktails is called a Sazerac and the Sazerac calls for a rinse of Absinthe, which you may know, is now legal in the United States. Put just about a quarter of an ounce in the glass. Swirl it around, gently bringing it just to the edge, fully coating the interior of the glass and then whip it out.
