About the faculty -
Dr Ramya Ranganathan has a B.Tech in Electronics from IIT Madras, a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from London Business School. She worked as a Faculty in Organizational Behaviour in IIM Bangalore from 2010 to 2019. She has been awarded by the MHRD (Govt of India) for being one of the top 15 innovators in higher education in India. She specializes in helping people craft their lives in a way such that achievement and happiness go hand in hand. She is currently an adjunct faculty at IIM Bangalore, conducts leadership training programs for organizations, as well as online coaching programs for individuals and groups.
