The designs for the ultimate 4WD touring setup, seem to be changing.
Engineering is being used more and more to design what’s being called the ultimate 4WD touring setup.
Now 4WD’s are having chassis stretched, 4WD’s are becoming 6WD’s and these highly modified tourers are being described as the ultimate 4WD touring setup.
They may very well be.
Is the way we travel these days changing? To warrant having such modifications done to our 4WD.
My GU Patrol has been built up over the years to be what I call, my ultimate 4WD touring setup.
I have had my GU Nissan Patrol since buying it new in 2009.
It can take years before you finally work out how you want your 4WD setup to look, so it functional and practical when you go camping.
