Once you “start” the load and the app is providing GPS directions, even if the load is canceled, the app will continue to direct you to the facility.
A small message will pop up (sometimes), notifying you the load has been canceled, however it only remains on-screen for 1-2 seconds. It is easy to miss.
I always check the app and the web-based platform prior to leaving so I am provided the most accurate, real-time information. It is always a good idea to check at the two hour point (prior to load starting) because this is when you are entitled to a TONU and the majority of the time, if a load will be cancelled, it will occur just before the “TONU cutoff”
