Hey everyone! In this video I smoke some ribs and show a little bit of fire management for it. I don’t use my Oklahoma Joe like many others do with charcoal I use mine as a stick burner as it is an offset smoker just like the heavy duty more expensive pits. You won’t see anyone using a Yoder or LSG offset with charcoal and a couple wood chunks right. Hope you enjoy this cook and if you’re new to the channel hit the Subscribe to join the team.
