Many of the changes made to British Nationality legislation ver the past half centruy has had a negative effect on persons of non European descent who were British Subject:Citizens of the UK & Colonies. These British Citizens had a right to enter the UK without invitation, (which seems to be the narrative used with the Windrush Cohort) all British Subjects had a right to enter to UK withlet or hinderence Director of Public Prosecutions v. Bhagwan, [1972] AC 60. Citizens f the UK & Colonies have been disenfranchised of their rights and left with a useless nationality status to forc th to become independent from the UK. This discrimination came about from alligenices of the government with right wing views from Enoch Powell in the late 1960's
