Whether it’s detecting damaged parts on a conveyor belt or machinery that is outside of designated work zones, monitoring your business operations often requires manual inspection of video. You can use CV in the cloud, but connectivity issues limit speed and real-time decision making. You can run CV on “smart cameras,” but most cameras run unsophisticated models that cannot be improved over time. In this session, learn about AWS Panorama, a new machine learning appliance and SDK that allows organizations to bring CV to their on-premises cameras to automate tasks that require monitoring or visual inspection, even with limited internet connectivity.
