Returned from my hiatus to verify this. It’s been in the works for several years and just got finished last week. Very fun entry extreme demon with a cool gimmick that involves randomisation of 4 different sections of the level, as indicated by the sign at the beginning.

As mentioned this is an entry extreme demon, I can’t say for sure but probably around Acu / Crowd Control difficulty. The gameplay is very well polished so I would highly recommend going for it if you have the skill! Thanks again to @HelpegasuS for letting me verify.
