We went to #C2E2 (Chicago's Comic Convention & Entertainment Expo) for February/March 2020! We went to check out all the national and local merchants, check out some crazy good #art, all the cosplay, and really experience all that makes us nerds in one huge convention center along with thousands of fellow nerds! We already have posted our cosplay video, so there will not be anything new here for cosplay except for the different and exceptional cosplays that are seen walking by. Sorry about that!
Matt started us off at the con taking a look around the showfloor and checking out merchandise. He had a good time looking at dice, oven mitts, #popculture items and clothing, and more. I think his favorite area of the whole con was the video gaming area sponsored by Galloping Ghost and Depaul Esports. He was waiting for me to show up after I got out of work that Friday. When I got there he had a good idea of the lay of the land, but I was so overwhelmed at the sheer size of the con this year! It was enormous! We ended up walking around back and forth and honestly getting lost and well and truly exhausting ourselves! We were only at the con for about 6 hours and it really felt like it!
