I'll show you my style of a delicious Chicken Sisig..

INGREDIENTS

-500g chicken thigh fillet
-1Tbsp fish sauce
-1Tbsp Cornstarch
-Ground black pepper to taste
-chopped 3pcs onions
-green chili pepper
-red chili pepper
-chopped pan fried chicken liver
-choppe pan fried chicken gizzard
-2 Tbsp liquid seasoning
-2 Tbsp vinegar
-oil for frying
