Peak Design has been making Everyday and Travel Bags for years, and that's what our reputation is built on. When we launched our Outdoor Bags, some of the more savvy outdoor enthusiasts in our customer ranks questioned Peak Design's abilities to really nail the needs of the outdoor user.
So we rounded up our Outdoor product lead, Joey, and our video producer (and resident ultralight backpacker), Joe, and asked them to make a video showing what an actual overnight outdoor pack-out looks like in the 45L Outdoor Backpack.
If you're the type that's familiar with terms like 'base weight' and 'turd kit' then hopefully this video will give you a better sense for how our 45L Backpack will handle your gear. And if you don't know what these terms mean, this video is a really inefficient way to learn about them. Come for the knowledge, but stay for Joey's 'California accent' (he's Irish).
